Full Stack Software Engineer (React, React Native) / Up to £55,000 (12 Month FTC) / Sunderland (2 days a week on site)

I'm currently partnered with a healthcare organisation committed to reducing health inequalities across the UK who are building a suite of mobile apps and digital products with positive behaviour change at the core. They're now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to work directly alongside the team lead, taking end to end ownership of features, contributing to real technical decisions and stepping up to coordinate the team when needed. If you're ready to grow into a lead role, this is a meaningful step toward that.

The Role

You'll be working across their existing React and React Native applications on both web and mobile surfaces, playing a major part in building new apps on their roadmap. This isn't a role where you're just picking up tickets. You'll be contributing to technical discussions, deputising for the team lead and working within a regulated healthcare environment where data handling and clinical safety considerations are part of the job.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
