Senior Full Stack Developer

London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Competitive Salary + Equity

I’m working with a fast-growing ClimateTech company that is transforming the way the UK approaches home heating, building technology that helps accelerate the transition towards a lower-carbon future. Their mission is to simplify a traditionally complex industry and empower installers and homeowners with better tools and technology.

They’re now looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their product and engineering team, a hands-on senior engineer who can take ownership of meaningful product areas, run with features end-to-end, and help shape the future of a mission-driven platform.

The Role

This is a genuinely hands-on, coding-first role for an experienced engineer who wants to own meaningful product areas from discovery through to production and iteration. You'll be trusted to take ownership, run with features independently and help shape the technical direction of the platform through high-quality engineering, not people management.

Working across the frontend, backend and infrastructure, you'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to solve real user problems, ship production-ready software and support the continued growth of the platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
