SAUD Partners is supporting a fast-growing UK sports and leisure operator to build a new internal operating platform from scratch.
We’re looking for a senior full-stack product engineer / technical lead who can shape the product, define the architecture and build the first production release.
What you'll be doing:
- Build the staff-facing operating platform from the ground up
- Integrate with an existing central data/API layer
- Deliver core views across:
- club performance
- revenue / budget / P&L
- occupancy / utilisation
- customer analytics
- operational metrics
- alerts / exceptions
- admin
- Implement authentication and role-based access
- Own architecture, deployment, CI/CD, testing and production readiness
- Help define and prioritise Release 1
- Work closely with the client and data engineering lead

What we need
- Strong senior full-stack experience
- Proven experience taking a product from blank page to production
- Strong front-end and backend/API capability
- Experience with operational platforms, B2B SaaS or internal systems
- Able to work independently and make sensible technical/product decisions
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Highly desirable: experience in sports, fitness, leisure, memberships, bookings or multi-site businesses.
Likely stack: React / Next.js / TypeScript, APIs, SQL, cloud, auth/RBAC, Git, CI/CD.
This is not a Power BI-only, pure data engineering or architecture-only role.
