📍 London | Hybrid | Permanent | 4-Day Working Week
If you're a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges rather than building the next e-commerce platform, this could be one worth looking at. I'm working with a specialist technology company that develops highly secure software used within critical environments where security, reliability and quality are everything.
This is the type of role that would suit someone coming from a background working on:
- Secure platforms and applications
- Defence or government projects
- National security or intelligence environments
- Highly regulated industries
- Secure on-prem or air-gapped systems
- Zero Trust environments
You'll be joining a small, collaborative engineering team where pair programming, knowledge sharing and clean engineering practices are part of the culture—not just buzzwords.

You'll be:
- Building secure full stack applications used in mission-critical environments
- Developing backend services and modern web frontends
- Working across containerised environments and deployment pipelines
- Collaborating closely with experienced engineers through regular pair programming
- Contributing to software where quality and security are built in from day one
We're looking for someone with:
- 6+ years commercial Full Stack Development experience
- Strong C# /.NET background
- Angular experience
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD and automated testing experience
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to pair with other engineers
- Eligibility to obtain UK SC Clearance (essential)
