Full Stack Engineer
📍 Shoreditch, London | 5 days onsite
💰 £100,000–£160,000 + equity
The Role
We’re working with a fast-growing, early-stage AI software company building technology for a huge global industry that still relies heavily on spreadsheets, documents, and manual processes.
They’re looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join their growing London engineering team.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do far more than work through a backlog. You’ll work directly with customers, understand how complex operations actually work, turn messy real-world problems into software, and build solutions end to end.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production software across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers
- Work directly with customers to understand complex real-world workflows
- Turn ambiguous operational problems into clear technical solutions
- Run customer conversations, write specifications, and own delivery end to end
- Build AI-powered workflows around complex documents, data, and operational processes
- Make strong product decisions about which customer requirements should become scalable features
- Ship quickly, gather real user feedback, and iterate
- Take ownership of major product areas as the engineering team grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
