Senior Full Stack Engineer- React, TypeScript, .NET, C#

Hybrid- 2 days onsite in Leeds

Up to £75k

Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and development through to testing, deployment, and live service support.

Lead the delivery of scalable React/TypeScript and.NET/C# solutions while mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practice.

Champion automation, quality-first development, CI/CD, and secure-by-default engineering across customer-facing applications.

Hybrid working | Salary DOE | Financial services experience beneficial but not essential.

What You Will Be Doing

You'll design, build, test, and support high-quality full stack applications using React/TypeScript and.NET/C#, taking ownership from concept through to production. Working closely with architects, product teams, and fellow engineers, you'll drive technical decisions, improve automation, and embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. You'll also mentor developers, lead code reviews, and help shape engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and platform improvements.

Essential Skills

  • Commercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior Software Engineer, or similar.
  • Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript,.NET, and C#.
  • Strong experience designing scalable, resilient software solutions and APIs.
  • Experience with Git or other source control systems.
  • Proven experience with automated testing, including TDD, unit, integration, and performance testing.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Knowledge of clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and modern software engineering principles.
  • Experience mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and driving technical best practice.
  • Strong understanding of observability, application monitoring, and operational support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated environment is advantageous.
