Senior Full Stack Developer | London | Up to £120k
I'm working with a London based EdTech startup that's genuinely trying to solve one of the hardest problems in education: making high quality, personalised learning accessible to everyone. Their ML powered mobile app teaches English to intermediate and advanced learners, and they're at that exciting stage where the tech is finally catching up to the ambition.
Founded by two serial entrepreneurs with 10+ years of mobile app experience each, this is a small, science driven team building something with real scale potential, not just another EdTech app.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building a new high scale system for millions of users
- Building CI/CD pipelines that support fast, iterative development
- Working alongside the ML team on data pipelines and model deployment
- Building real time recommendation systems from large, messy datasets (text, video, image, audio)
- Working cross functionally with mobile devs, PMs, and designers, not siloed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
