Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking two highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our engineering team and help build modern, cloud-native applications that support enterprise business capabilities. The ideal candidates will be AI-native engineers who embrace code-assistant technologies, modern development practices, and scalable cloud architectures.
You will work across the full application stack, from intuitive front-end experiences to resilient backend services, leveraging Microsoft Azure and modern DevOps practices. This role requires a passion for innovation, automation, and engineering excellence, with opportunities to contribute to AI-enabled solutions and next-generation digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Build responsive and engaging user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
- Develop secure, high-performance backend services and APIs using microservices architecture.
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support enterprise integrations and digital experiences.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Develop and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing AKS, Docker, and serverless services.
- Implement event-driven architectures and integration patterns for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or Bicep.
- Develop automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support production systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activities.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise application environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Docker containers
- Serverless architectures and services
- Strong understanding of:
- API design
- REST and GraphQL patterns
- Event-driven architecture
- Experience building and deploying microservices-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Demonstrated expertise using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered coding assistants for specification-driven development and rapid prototyping.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience with:
- Snowflake
- Azure Data Factory
- Event streaming technologies
- MuleSoft integrations
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent context-layer and agent-to-agent interaction patterns.
- Experience implementing observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, including:
- Metrics
- Logs
- Distributed tracing
- SLO/SLI design
- Experience supporting production incident management and reliability engineering practices.
- Working knowledge of:
- Artificial Intelligence concepts
- AI governance frameworks
- AI FinOps practices
- Modern web application architecture
