A leading technology organisation in the developer tools space is looking for a Full Stack Engineer. The successful candidate will join a high-impact development squad building commercial offerings on top of open-source frameworks. You will design and build backend systems, APIs, and developer portals that elevate the developer experience across external commercial clients and internal engineering teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs primarily using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Build and operate infrastructure, developer toolsets, and CI/CD deployment pipelines to streamline engineering workflows.
- Elevate code quality through technical RFCs, code reviews, architectural feedback, and unit testing.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and the open-source community to shape the evolution of internal developer platforms.
- Take full operational ownership of services and drive engineering best practices across the team.

What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering experience with backend mastery in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Familiarity with React across the stack to support full-stack development initiatives.
- Deep passion for API design, data modeling, service reliability, and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Proactive ownership of outcomes with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring peers.
- Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
