- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, ideally within the [industry/sector].
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current market trends, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various disciplines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Managing the interview process, providing feedback, and facilitating negotiations to secure successful placements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and CRM systems.
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market intelligence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and achieve organizational goals.
