About our Gen AI team
Our Gen AI team brings together top engineers, diverse perspectives, and a flat team structure that gives you visibility and impact from day one! With 40–50 people across, we work on some of the most exciting projects in the market, from next-gen fintech payment platforms to global insurance systems rolled out across multiple countries.

What Will Set You Up for Success
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and can demonstrate both strong technical capability and an eagerness to learn.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience building software solutions in a commercial, academic, or project environment.
- Good experience with library-appropriate, strongly typed languages such as C++, Java, C#, Go, or Rust, along with some modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Svelte.
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming APIs across both backend services and user-facing applications.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and modern distributed systems.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including testing, code quality, maintainability, and secure development principles.
- Ability to explain architectural decisions, technology choices, and how solutions were designed and implemented.
- Exposure to modern technology stacks across frontend, backend, cloud, AI, or related technologies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack applications.
- Building and supporting backend APIs and integrations.
- Developing solutions using event-driven architectures and modern software engineering practices.
- Analyzing business needs and independently identifying the best approach, stakeholders, and sources of information required to deliver successful outcomes.
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business language.
Behavioural & Collaboration Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with experience working in Agile environments.
- Curious and proactive approach to understanding requirements, researching solutions, and identifying the right stakeholders to engage.
