Full Stack Engineer | Python / TypeScript | AI-First Start-Up | Fully Remote UK

A highly profitable, early-stage MarTech company is looking for a brilliant Full Stack Engineer to join a small, exceptionally strong technical team. They’re already generating significant revenue and are now scaling rapidly.
The Role:
- Build and ship product features across Python, TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Own projects end-to-end, from idea and architecture through to production
- Solve interesting technical problems with a highly capable engineering team
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor or similar as part of your everyday engineering workflow
- Help shape the technology and product as the company grows

About You:
- Strong commercial Python experience
- Ideally comfortable with TypeScript / JavaScript
- Mid-level engineer who thrives with autonomy and ownership
- Highly confident using AI coding and productivity tools
- Product-minded, pragmatic and obsessed with building great software
- Comfortable working remotely and making decisions independently
