The Role
- Design, develop, and enhance modern SaaS applications in collaboration with Product Owners
- Build scalable, high-quality software and contribute throughout the Agile development lifecycle
- Work in an evolving agentic development environment, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery
- Take ownership of architecture, quality, security, and technical decision-making
- Define technical solutions, write clear specifications, and review AI-generated code
- Help establish engineering best practices across the team

What You'll Need
- Strong full-stack development experience with C#.Net and modern front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
- Ability to write effective specifications and prompts, confidently reviewing AI-generated code
- Genuine interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high engineering standards
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including architecture, testing, code quality, and Agile delivery
- Analytical problem solver thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
