This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy working with a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on delivering modern, secure, and user-centric health services. They partner with public sector clients to drive innovation and impact in critical government programmes.
The Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable full stack applications
- Build and enhance Java-based backend services, APIs, and microservices
- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-focused front-end applications using modern web technologies
- Deploy solutions within AWS cloud-native environments and support CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver high-quality services and contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
- Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, and quality requirements

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong experience delivering projects within the public sector, ideally central government
- Significant hands-on Java development experience and expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices
- Front-end development expertise with technologies like React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Git
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
