About the Role

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications that support millions of Blue Light Card members. Working within a cross-functional agile team, you'll build scalable full-stack solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies, collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams, and contribute to engineering best practices, system reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing production-ready full-stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, SST).
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, observability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to make technical decisions independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
