VX One is a global Digital Workplace Operations Automation (DWOA) platform that closes the loop between insight and action across the entire enterprise device estate. It combines AI-driven digital experience (DEX) monitoring with managed device lifecycle services, going beyond traditional managed services that focus only on visibility. VX-One automatically remediates issues, governs device lifecycle from procurement to responsible recovery, and orchestrates with existing tools such as Nexthink, Intune, and Azure without requiring disruptive changes. Built on over 30 years of field service delivery expertise in more than 190 countries, VX-One replaces fragmented, reactive IT operations with a single, continuously optimized platform. The company operates under a unified subscription model, acting as one accountable partner for end-to-end workplace device operations.
What you'll do
- Build front-end and back-end features on our core stack: C# /.NET, TypeScript, Vue, SQL Server, Azure
- Design and consume APIs, and integrate third-party platforms so they hold up in production
- Build and maintain our Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage) using infrastructure as code (Bicep), and tune the database for performance and reliability
- Build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (there's no separate DevOps team), and ship deployments that don't need a rollback
- Write unit tests with real coverage that hold up beyond the happy path
- Monitor logs, alerts, and error reporting, and fix infrastructure problems before a customer reports them
- Use AI coding tools (we use Claude Code) to move faster, and review every line of the output before it lands

What we're looking for
We are not fixed on years of experience. We are fixed on whether you can build and run production software on this stack.
- Strong C# /.NET and TypeScript, with solid Vue experience
- SQL Server: you can model data properly and diagnose a slow query yourself
- Hands-on Azure experience in a production environment
- Git and Azure DevOps
- Code that is structured, secure, and right-sized for the problem, and you know where that balance sits
- Comfortable being one of a handful of engineers, with the autonomy and the exposure that comes with it
- Strong communication and collaboration. You explain your thinking clearly, work well with people outside engineering, and own your mistakes as readily as your wins
- UK-based, with the existing right to work in the UK. This role is remote within the UK only. We are not able to sponsor visas or employ from outside the UK.

How we work
Remote across the UK with an office location in SW London. We focus on the whole team meeting regularly in person, and we'd want you to enjoy that side of it too. Small team, short decision chains, no layers to route around. You will talk directly to the people who use the product and to the people who sell it. We back new tools and frameworks where they earn their place, and we'd want you making the case for the ones you think we should adopt.
