Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer
£70,000 - £80,000 Manchester / Remote
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer who enjoys taking ideas from the drawing board all the way through to production. This is a role with genuine ownership. You’ll be involved from the earliest stages of a problem, exploring ideas, shaping solutions and building prototypes, through to delivering polished, scalable experiences used by real customers.
You’ll work across both frontend and backend, collaborating closely with product, design and engineering to make smart technical decisions, solve meaningful problems and turn ideas into reality quickly.

What you’ll do
- Own features end-to-end, from initial concept through to launch and iteration.
- Turn early-stage ideas into functional prototypes, MVPs and production-ready products.
- Build fast, responsive and high-quality frontend experiences.
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and functionality using Node.js.
- Work closely with product and design to shape solutions and influence product priorities.
- Identify and deliver improvements across application performance, stability, maintainability and developer experience.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience building and shipping modern web applications using TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
- Hands-on experience working with Vue.js.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to engineering.
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and rapid iteration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions independently.
- A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across engineering, product and design.
