Remote (UK) - Quarterly Team Meetups - Up to £110,000
Overview
We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business that is building innovative AI-powered products used by customers across multiple markets. Following significant growth and continued investment, they're looking to add an experienced Front End Full Stack Engineer to their engineering team.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, product-focused environment where engineers have genuine ownership, autonomy and influence over technical decisions.
The Role
You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing customer-facing applications, working closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable and high-performing solutions.
While the role has a strong frontend focus, you'll also be involved across the full stack, contributing to backend services, cloud architecture and platform development.
A strong appreciation for UX/UI design principles is essential, as you'll help shape user experiences and ensure products are both visually engaging and highly functional.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
