We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect, build and ship complex, high‑performance features for a greenfield, enterprise‑scale B2B SaaS platform. This is a hands‑on, forward‑deployed role where you’ll work directly with clients and own outcomes end‑to‑end across the stack.

You’ll be:

  • Architecting and delivering high‑performance Full Stack TypeScript applications across React and Node, operating within a large, distributed, enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Working directly with clients to elicit real workflow requirements, prototype in‑session, and translate messy real‑world problems into production grade software.
  • Driving product thinking, scoping, trade-offs and delivery, you won’t be waiting for a PO to tell you what to build.
  • Using Claude Code and advanced agentic workflows to augment development, orchestrating multi‑agent patterns, managing context, running parallel workstreams and embedding AI-native engineering into everyday delivery.
  • Crafting beautiful, interactive UX from low‑fidelity inputs using a modern design system, producing polished UI without waiting for perfect Figma.
  • Influencing architecture, patterns, state management, API design and performance across a large-scale platform.
  • Raising the engineering bar through pairing, PR review, testing discipline, accessibility, performance and secure-by-default coding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
