About us

OneClickComply is a compliance platform built in Sunderland. We take the work that normally eats weeks out of an SME's year, getting ready for Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and the rest, and automate most of it.

The team is around 12 people today and growing quickly. Engineering is small, which means what you build ships in days rather than quarters and you'll see customers using it. We lean on agents heavily, both inside the product and in how we work day to day.

What you'll need

  • TypeScript across front and back end, with a real grasp of type safe design
  • React, including hooks, sensible component architecture and modern state and data fetching
  • Node on the back end and typed APIs, so the front end knows what it's getting before it asks
  • Postgres and an ORM, including schema design and migrations
  • Tailwind and a component library, building responsive UIs
  • Automated testing, unit and end to end, running in CI
  • Git and PR based reviews. You give useful feedback and you take it well
  • Agentic coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code. We use them every day
  • Third party API integrations, including OAuth flows and webhooks
  • The ability to own a feature end to end, from design through to deployment and monitoring

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • GCP or AWS, and the core services: IAM, compute and storage
  • CI/CD pipelines and observability, so we hear about problems before customers do
  • Chrome or browser extensions you've built or maintained
  • A security conscious approach to dependencies and supply chain. We're a security company, so this one counts
  • Python 🐍
