Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable software solutions across our AI products and customer platforms.

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from product conception and system design through development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

You should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern web applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-native services. You will also work closely with our research teams to bring AI prototypes and models into reliable production environments.

Our core stack includes TypeScript, Python, Rust, React, and C++.

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering, research, design, and product teams to develop software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build modern, responsive web applications and dashboards
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations
  • Develop and maintain databases and supporting services
  • Build SDKs, proxies, and integration components
  • Test software for reliability, performance, and responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
  • Support Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments
  • Implement appropriate security and data protection practices
  • Work with AI researchers to productionize models and prototypes
  • Work with customers and partners to understand technical requirements
  • Write clear technical documentation
  • Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of day-to-day engineering

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or another relevant technical field
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or Vue
  • Experience developing backend services using Python, Rust, C++, or Node.js
  • Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and communication protocols
  • Good understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Regular use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent

  • Experience with speech AI, conversational AI, or machine learning applications
  • Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, WebRTC, or streaming technologies
  • Experience with telephony or communication platforms such as Jambonz
  • Experience building analytics dashboards or customer-facing portals
  • Experience with Cloud providers, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
