About The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder for two Full Stack Developers to join their expanding technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely within a forward-thinking organization that is committed to modernizing its digital platforms. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and digital content platforms. Your primary focus will be on delivering customer-facing websites and integrated web solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
This position involves working across the full development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will have broad exposure to full-stack development, with a particular emphasis on Headless CMS platforms, APIs, content integrations, and cloud-based technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the digital landscape of the organization, helping to evolve its modern technology infrastructure and improve digital engagement with customers.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-quality digital solutions, possess strong technical expertise, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Significant commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Web Developer.
- Proficiency in Modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL for data integration and communication.
- Hands-on experience with Headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentstack, Builder.io, Strapi, or Sanity.
- Understanding of content modeling, CMS configuration, and content delivery mechanisms.
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, media libraries, or enterprise content systems.
- Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating CMS platforms with business systems and third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of modern development practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure web applications and digital content platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implementing and optimizing Headless CMS integrations, APIs, and content delivery workflows.
- Developing and enhancing customer-facing websites, digital experience platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
- Configuring and managing content models within CMS platforms to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Optimizing website performance through CDN configuration and best practices in web performance.
- Integrating third-party services and business systems to enhance digital capabilities.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
