ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Full Stack Engineer position covering React and TypeScript Front End development, and Java-based web services. You will build production quality customer experiences on AWS, working with Product, UX and engineering teams across multiple international locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

SUMMARY OF THE BEST CANDIDATE
The best candidate will be a genuinely hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong recent experience across Java Back End development, React or TypeScript Front End engineering and AWS cloud delivery. You will be comfortable working across micro frontends, Back End-for-Front End services and APIs rather than specialising exclusively in one layer. You will also have practical experience using AI coding agents as part of software delivery and will be able to explain what they delegated, how they defined the work and how they validated the resulting code. The successful candidate will combine delivery pace with disciplined testing, operational ownership and effective collaboration in a complex, internationally distributed engineering environment.
