Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This platform helps charities and community organisations manage critical operations like safeguarding, grant applications, and reporting. They then layer AI on top to help these organisations measure impact and secure more funding. It's a complex, mission-driven technical challenge, and the company has built significant traction, backed by leading investors with multi-year runway.

You'll join a lean engineering team, taking ownership across the entire product surface – from new case management tools to a US expansion of their grant-making product. This isn't a role with a handed-down roadmap or a dedicated PM; you'll shape features from concept to production, making architectural decisions and supporting what you build. Expect high autonomy, not rigid process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
