The role
This company builds an AI-powered platform for charities, foundations, and local authorities. They help non-profits manage everything from safeguarding and grant applications to event bookings and statutory reporting, then layer AI on top to help them report impact and secure more funding. Backed by leading VCs, they've secured multi-year runway and are growing rapidly, expanding into new product areas and geographies.
You'll join a small, high-autonomy engineering team building out new product lines, from case management to fundraising tools and international expansion. This is a full-stack role where you own features end-to-end, from architecture to shipping and support. It's not a siloed position with a PM handing down tickets; you'll define solutions, write code across the stack, and be accountable for what you build.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
