What You’ll Work On
- Building and maintaining full-stack features using Python on the backend and React on the frontend
- Designing clean, scalable APIs and user interfaces
- Collaborating with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features
- Improving automation, reliability, and performance across the stack
- Contributing to architectural decisions as the platform evolves
What You Bring
- Strong commercial experience with Python and React
- A full-stack mindset — comfortable jumping between backend and frontend
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and clean code
- NI residency — remote-first, but the team meets in the office every month or two
- A desire to grow into a Technical Lead role over the next few years
