Full Stack Engineer
Our client, a well-funded AI technology company, is expanding rapidly and looking to hire up to 10 Full Stack Engineers as they continue to grow.
The company has already secured major enterprise customers, with strong demand for its platform and significant investor backing. They are currently in their latest investment round, so it’s a great opportunity to join and gain equity at an opportune moment in the company's expansion.
Please note, some of these hires will go on to become Forward Deployed Engineers, so it’s an excellent opportunity for a software engineer with great soft skills to gain that experience/title.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the founders, CTO, and engineering team, taking projects from the initial idea through to production. This will include building backend services in Python, developing frontend interfaces, and integrating AI capabilities into products used by enterprise customers.
There’s considerable ownership across the development process. You’ll help decide how a problem should be solved, build the solution, and improve it based on how it performs in practice. You’ll also spend time with customers to understand their requirements and turn their feedback into clear technical decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
