Opportunity for Experienced Full Stack Engineers
This is an opportunity for experienced full stack engineers to join a range of long-term, remote projects for clients based in the US and Europe. You will be responsible for delivering robust web and application solutions, collaborating with distributed teams, and leveraging your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within set timelines. Initial project delivery is expected within three months, with the potential for ongoing assignments based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and application solutions using Python (FastAPI or Django), MERN stack, and Next.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment and CI/CD processes
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices across all projects
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English (C1 level or above)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations

Skills And Requirements
- Senior-level experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Django), JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express, and Next.js
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment
- Experience working on remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above)
- Ability to commit to initial project delivery within three months, with availability for ongoing work
