Product Engineer (all levels) – TypeScript / React / Node / AWS | three days in office, London | £70-100k + equity

Join an AI-native startup building an agent that helps people save money and manage their finances. Backed by top-tier investors, growing ~20x year-on-year, with a large and growing customer base already using the product. Founded by a team who've built and sold before, you'll work directly with an experienced CTO in a small (~10 person), high-talent engineering team with real technical ownership.

What you'll do:

  • Be hands-on across a TypeScript/React/Node/AWS stack, building AI-driven features that take real action for users, not just recommendations
  • Lead development of new products, taking rough ideas through to shipped, working closely with product, design and the founding team
  • Help shape technical direction and engineering standards in a flat, low-management structure
  • Build product features as well as the internal tools that help the wider team move quickly and confidently
  • Work on problems the company is solving for the first time, in an AI-native environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
