Senior Full Stack Engineer – PHP / Symfony / Angular

About the Company:

Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up building a global, API-first data platform used by enterprise organisations. Their platform helps businesses improve data quality, automate complex workflows, increase operational efficiency, and gain greater visibility across their data and marketing ecosystems. This is an opportunity to join the business during an exciting period of growth, working within a collaborative engineering environment and contributing directly to the continued development and scalability of the platform.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong commercial experience in PHP, ideally Symfony, alongside confidence working with modern front-end technologies, particularly Angular. You’ll join a cross-functional product squad, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build scalable, high-quality software.

This is a hands-on engineering position where you’ll take ownership of complex features across both backend and frontend development, contribute to architectural decisions, and help evolve a growing SaaS platform. The ideal person enjoys solving complex technical problems, writes clean and maintainable code, and is comfortable taking ownership within a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
