Build technology that genuinely changes lives...
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join an ambitious product team developing digital services that have a real-world impact.
This isn't another role maintaining legacy applications or delivering client projects. You'll play a key role in shaping and building modern cloud-based products used by thousands of people, working across the full software development lifecycle and influencing technical direction as the platform continues to evolve.
If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, taking ownership of your work and collaborating within a small, high-performing engineering team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, building and maintaining modern full-stack web applications.
- Developing scalable frontend and backend features using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Working across React, cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL databases.
- Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
- Building secure, maintainable and well-tested software.
- Collaborating with Product, Design and wider business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and security.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
