Full Stack Engineer
This is an opportunity for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join a remote team enhancing an established trading platform. The role focuses on developing and optimizing core application features using the MERN stack, with a strong emphasis on building responsive user dashboards, implementing data visualizations, and ensuring robust backend performance. The position is full-time and long-term, requiring a commitment to high code quality and effective asynchronous collaboration, with a weekly live technical sync.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core features for a trading platform using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Build responsive React interfaces and user dashboards with advanced data visualization and charting
- Implement and optimize Redux or Zustand state management
- Design REST APIs and integrate WebSocket communication for real-time data
- Optimize MongoDB queries, schema design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines
- Debug and enhance AI-assisted code, ensuring maintainability and scalability
- Collaborate asynchronously with team members, participating in weekly technical syncs

Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals
- Expertise in building responsive UIs and data visualizations
- Proficiency with Redux or Zustand for state management
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket integration
- Experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregation
- Ability to debug, review, and improve AI-generated code
- Excellent communication skills for remote, asynchronous teamwork
- Availability for 40 hours per week and one live technical sync weekly
