The Role
This company builds an AI data-integration and analysis platform. It automates document processing and data retrieval for enterprise customers, specifically in highly sensitive financial environments where SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR are non-negotiable. They're one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI platforms, recently closing one of the largest Series A rounds in the fintech space, backed by leading investors.
You'll join a rapidly scaling team, reporting directly to the founders. This is a true full-stack seat: you'll design and ship across React/Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), and cloud deployments. Expect deep collaboration with founders and product teams on high-impact features. This isn't a front-end role with backend tasks tacked on; it's end-to-end ownership, from architecture to production, with significant mentorship scope as the team expands.

The Work
- Own the full lifecycle of high-impact features, from design to deployment, across React/Next.js and Python (Django/FastAPI) services.
- Architect and implement robust background workers and Redis-backed queues for critical data processing.
- Contribute directly to cloud infrastructure planning and deployment strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Drive product outcomes through close collaboration with founders, product, and design teams.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, shaping the technical direction and culture of a growing team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years shipping production-grade software end-to-end, with a strong portfolio to prove it.
- Deep expertise in React and Next.js, having built and maintained complex production applications.
- Strong backend proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI preferred), with solid database fundamentals (relational/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git in collaborative environments.
- Proven ability to implement and manage background workers, task queues (Celery/RQ), and Redis for caching/queues.
- A product-first mindset, comfortable mentoring peers and thriving in a founder-led, fast-paced environment.
