Full Stack Developer (C# /.NET / React)

Remote · Long-Term Contract · UK Client

About Us

We're a fast-growing UK software development consultancy of around 50 people, specializing in bespoke and outsourced software solutions for clients across multiple sectors. Our headquarters is in the UK, with an established and high-performing engineering team based in Poland.

We've had a strong run of growth and our pipeline is bigger than ever — which means we're expanding the team now to keep pace with demand.

The Role

We're looking for a solid mid-level full-stack developer who can slot into an active team, contribute quickly, and take real ownership of features.

You'll work within structured project environments alongside tech leads and project managers, delivering long-term software development for our clients. This is a fully remote role, and you'll be working closely with our Poland-based engineering team day to day.

We have high standards and are looking for engineers who take pride in their craft and want to build high-quality software.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven mid-level experience — you've shipped real production software end to end

  • Startup or small team background — you are comfortable with autonomy, moving fast, and working without heavy process or hand-holding
