We are partnering with a fast-growing, AI software business in London that is looking to hire multiple Forward Deployed Engineers as it continues to scale its engineering team. This is an opportunity for a strong full-stack engineer who wants more ownership than a traditional software engineering role. You will work directly with customers, understand complex real-world problems, design solutions and build them end-to-end.

The Role

You will:

  • Work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex workflows.
  • Translate real-world problems into scalable software solutions.
  • Build across the full stack, including frontend, backend, data models, and AI/model layers.
  • Own features and product areas from concept through to production.
  • Ship production software quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Work closely with founders and senior engineers on technical and product decisions.
  • Build AI-powered workflows around complex documents, operational processes, and enterprise data.
  • Help determine which customer requirements should become scalable product features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
