Luxoft is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a major financial services transformation programme focused on enhancing and integrating a Loan IQ lending platform ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives at the intersection of integration, cloud architecture, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted software development. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integrations, leading technical implementation within an agile team, and helping drive the adoption of cloud-native and AI-enabled development approaches.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the design and development of REST APIs, messaging services, and integration components connecting Loan IQ with enterprise platforms
  • Design and implement scalable, cloud-native integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services
  • Develop reusable frontend components and frameworks using React and modern web technologies
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, development standards, and best practices
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across integration services
  • Build serverless solutions using Azure Functions and event-driven architectures
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, and documentation processes
  • Champion modern engineering practices, cloud adoption, and AI-enabled development across the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience integrating with Loan IQ, including its APIs and data models
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot development expertise
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Kafka and/or MQ messaging technologies
  • Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Experience integrating with core banking, lending, or financial platforms
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling such as GitLab and Jenkins
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Cloud & Architecture Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience developing serverless solutions using Azure Functions
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, including:
    • Microservices
    • Event-driven architectures
    • API-led connectivity
    • Distributed integration solutions
  • Experience with Azure integration services such as Service Bus and Event Grid

AI-Assisted Development Experience

  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools
  • Experience using AI for:
    • Code generation
    • Unit test creation
    • Debugging and troubleshooting
    • Documentation generation
  • Understanding of responsible AI usage, engineering governance, and code quality controls

Nice to Have

  • Additional DevOps and automation experience
  • Advanced CI/CD implementation expertise
  • Financial Services, Banking, or Lending domain knowledge
