Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like ASUS, Docker, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance. We're a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About The Role
Full-stack means you don't hand off. You connect the sources, model the data, transform it, build the dashboard and explain the numbers to the customer who paid for them, on three to six enterprise accounts at a time. If you've been the analyst who also had to be the analytics engineer and the account lead, and you liked it, this is that job with a platform and AI tooling behind you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do
- Own the chain for every account: source connection, ClickHouse and dbt model, QA, dashboard, weekly customer call.
- Write SQL every day, and Python when a transformation or a delivery needs code.
- Build reporting in Looker, Power BI or Tableau, and the model under it, so the numbers survive a finance review.
- Find what's off in the data before the customer does, and say so plainly.
- Use Claude Code to move faster and check its work harder.
