Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack mobile application features, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Java, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between mobile applications and backend systems.
• Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases, content management systems like Sitecore, and third-party services to enhance functionality.
• Contribute to mobile application development utilizing Flutter and Dart, supporting cross-platform deployment.
• Own features from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve application, API, integration, and production issues promptly.
• Write secure, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested software following coding standards.
• Participate actively in code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration activities to ensure code quality.
• Work with AWS cloud services and modern deployment practices to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including engineers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Contribute to Agile planning, technical discussions, solution design, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly, reviewing and validating generated code to ensure standards are met.
• Drive improvements in engineering processes, tools, and technical standards to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
