We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across the full software development lifecycle. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building robust backend systems, modern APIs, and intuitive frontend applications while helping shape technical standards and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET, C#, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and SQL-based databases
- Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-native solutions
- Contribute to frontend development using technologies such as React, Blazor, MVC, or similar frameworks
- Champion Test Driven Development (TDD) and maintain high standards of code quality
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical improvements to the technology stack

Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer or Senior Software Developer
- Expertise in .NET, C#, and backend development of REST APIs and microservices
- Experience developing frontend applications using React, Blazor, MVC, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices patterns
- Proven experience delivering production-quality software in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of TDD, unit testing frameworks, and mocking frameworks
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and modern software engineering practices

Desirable Experience
- Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM templates
- Docker and containerised development environments
- Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
- Event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
