About The Role
We are seeking an experienced senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a pioneering team focused on developing cutting-edge security solutions within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. This role involves working on a cloud-based security application that integrates artificial intelligence functionalities to deliver innovative security capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in.Net C# for backend development and Node.js for frontend development, with a keen interest in IT security and cloud architecture. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced security applications that enhance the security posture of Microsoft cloud environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technology in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence. Candidates with prior MOD security clearance or those willing to undergo vetting processes are preferred, as security compliance is integral to this role.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive set of qualifications, including:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with expertise in .Net C# and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.
- Experience developing security applications or working within cybersecurity domains.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration within security solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience working with MOD security standards or security vetting processes is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based security applications using.Net C# and Node.js.
- Implementing AI functionalities to enhance security features and capabilities within the application.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including security analysts, product managers, and cloud architects to deliver innovative solutions.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices, including MOD security requirements where applicable.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and security protocols.
- Staying updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity, AI, and cloud technology to incorporate best practices into the development lifecycle.
