Role Description
The Full-Stack No-Code Developer will work on-site in the Greater Leicester Area, collaborating closely with operations and management to design, build, and maintain internal tools and customer-facing digital experiences using no-code and low-code platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Mapping business processes
- Creating workflows and automations
- Integrating third-party services (such as booking, payments, and customer communication tools)
- Improving existing systems for efficiency and reliability
- Building dashboards for performance tracking
- Optimizing forms and quote journeys
- Ensuring data is stored and managed securely
The developer will also troubleshoot issues, iterate on solutions based on feedback from the gardening and customer service teams, and document configurations and best practices to support future scaling. This is a full-time role that requires regular on-site collaboration to understand field operations and translate them into robust digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to design and build end-to-end solutions using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Bubble, Webflow, or similar) and connect them into cohesive workflows.
- Experience creating and optimizing web interfaces, forms, and customer journeys, including basic web design principles and UX best practices.
- Skills in workflow automation, API-based integrations, and connecting tools for scheduling, quoting, payments, CRM, and communication.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integrity, and secure handling of customer information, with attention to compliance and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into digital processes and test, debug, and improve solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with non-technical colleagues and gathering requirements from field teams.
- Self-directed work style, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within agreed timelines in an on-site environment.
