About Hyphen, and this team
Hyphen Education Group is a portfolio of global education companies spanning international education and AI skills — INTO, INTO Qualifications, iO-Sphere, Nurture Higher Education, The AI Board, and more in the pipeline. We're building new businesses, launching new products, and transforming how our companies operate — and we're doing it fast.
The focus for this AI unit is on building products and platforms that improve how our current businesses operate and building new businesses. This isn't a role where you're handed tickets. You'll be in the conversation, figuring out what matters, and shipping solutions that get used.
What you'll do
We're seeking a pragmatic Mid-level Full Stack Product Engineer with strong Django experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for building and deploying end-to-end solutions, leveraging cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications from concept to production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment to cloud environments (GCP/Azure).
- Apply sound system design and architectural principles, actively participating in technical discussions and evaluating trade-offs.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications and workflows.
- Proactively identify and structure ambiguous problems, proposing clear technical paths forward.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
