Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company is building the AI operating system for outpatient clinics. They automate everything around a doctor: scheduling, prescription refills, clinical documentation, and remote monitoring. They're live in 20+ US clinics, backed by leading VCs, and growing fast.

This isn't a typical full-stack role. You'll own an entire product domain, shipping features that directly change how clinics operate day-to-day. Expect to move fast, use coding agents as a core part of your workflow, and pick the right tools for the job. Your decisions will directly shape the product, not just execute tickets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Work

  • Take full ownership of a product domain, from concept to deployment.
  • Build and ship features across the full stack (TypeScript, Node.js, Python) that automate critical clinic operations.
  • Integrate coding agents and AI tools into your development workflow.
  • Solve hard, real-world problems in healthcare automation, not just incremental product tasks.
  • Drive the technical direction for your domain, making key architectural and tooling decisions.

What You Bring

  • You have a product-ownership mindset; you want to control a domain, not just execute tickets.
  • You are AI-native, regularly building with coding agents like Claude or Cursor.
  • You are comfortable across TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, adapting to problem needs.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, product-obsessed environments, ideally with early-stage experience.
