Full Stack Engineer - Data

London - Hybrid
Contract

Responsibilities

  • Full-stack development with lots of freedom in terms of architecture and design
  • Application of machine learning and AI where appropriate
  • Interaction and cooperation with established development teams on target systems, as well as stakeholders and users
  • Focus on quality and shipping working code to users in the most efficient timeframe on a continuous development basis
  • Collaborate on code reviews and best practice within a small, agile, focused team

We’re looking for

  • An product-focused mindset: The candidate understands what they are building and why
  • An ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical data integration, migration role or development role
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Typescript, React and Python
  • Relevant degree in a numeric discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of financial markets and the trade lifecycle strongly beneficial
  • A willingness to get involved in the detail and to get the job done
  • Excellent written and spoken English
