Whilst this is a fully remote position, we are only able to consider applicants who are based in Northern Ireland.

Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious SaaS business building a platform used by creative teams at some of the world's most recognisable brands.

They are continuing to grow their engineering team and are now looking to bring a Full Stack Software Developer on board.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for a JavaScript developer who enjoys working close to the product and wants real ownership of what they build.

  • You'll work directly with the founder and a tight-knit engineering team, with a strong focus on the server side of a large, real-time web application.
  • It's a role with genuine variety in a team that values creative thinking, clean code, and building things properly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
