Full Stack Software Developer
Permanent
Location: Home / London - 3 days a week onsite
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (+ benefits)

We are looking to recruit a DV Cleared Full Stack Developer for a leading technology consultancy. You will join an established engineering team delivering a secure, cloud-based knowledge platform within a highly controlled customer environment.
This is a hands-on development role within a small, collaborative agile team. You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development and enhancement of an established product using JavaScript, React and Node.js, while supporting an increasing focus on AWS-based cloud delivery.
You will work closely with engineers, technical leadership and delivery stakeholders, taking ownership of development tasks and helping to scale and improve the platform as the roadmap evolves.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and enhance full-stack features using JavaScript, React and Node.js
- Deliver development work from an agile backlog
- Contribute to AWS-based cloud development and upcoming cloud requirements
- Develop and integrate APIs and supporting services
- Help scale and improve an established software product
- Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with engineering, technical and delivery teams
- Work effectively with customer stakeholders within a secure environment
- Take ownership of development work and become productive quickly within an established project
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial software engineering experience across both front-end and back-end development
- Excellent JavaScript skills
- Hands-on experience with React
- Hands-on experience with Node.js
- Good working knowledge of AWS
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Previous experience working within agile software delivery teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within secure, controlled or highly regulated environments
