Join us in building a world-leading AI and tech-enabled sustainability advisory as a key member of our technology team.

You will be designing and building AI software products used by some of the top private equity funds in the world.

You will be working in a small team reporting directly to the CTO and working directly with domain experts across the company.

Is this you?

  • You want to shape the products you build. You prefer to get into the domain, partner with expert stakeholders, and together figure out what to build and how exactly it would work. You’re not content to simply implement a spec that's handed to you.

  • You enjoy the challenge of unpicking domain problems into cleanly defined concepts, then building robust and pragmatic implementations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • You are willing to wear any hat that it takes. Design, coding, testing, deployment, support and talking directly to everyone involved.

  • You understand that working with domain experts to build products means becoming a domain expert in your own right. You aim to meet everyone halfway.

If that's you, or who you want to be, let’s talk.
