Software Engineer - Visionir
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build Visionir. This role involves working across the full stack — contributing to core product systems, shaping technical decisions, and solving complex problems around modern web infrastructure. You’ll be part of a small, focused team with a high level of ownership and direct impact on how the product evolves.

What you’ll work on
- Building core parts of the Visionir platform — working across frontend, backend, and underlying systems.
- Developing new features, improving performance, and shaping how the product is structured as it evolves.
- Solving real problems around scale, structure, and how modern web platforms operate.
How we work
- Operate as a small, focused team with a high level of ownership and minimal process overhead.
- Engineers are expected to take responsibility for what they build, contribute to decisions, and work closely with product and design.
- The environment is fast-moving but deliberate — prioritising clarity, quality, and long-term thinking over short-term speed.
