About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help design, develop and support modern digital solutions that underpin key business processes. Working across front-end, back-end and cloud technologies, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable, secure and high-performing applications while embracing AI-enabled development practices.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies including.NET, Azure, APIs, cloud platforms and AI-powered development tools within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Next.js.
- Develop and support Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps and cloud-native services.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and support the integration of systems and services.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable and performant.
- Write clean, well-structured and well-documented code.
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor application performance and support ongoing enhancements.
- Actively apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality and testing.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and software engineering best practices.
Key Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience communicating and collaborating using Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience developing web applications using C#/.NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of microservices, API design and integration patterns.
- Experience using Git and modern CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and secure coding practices.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience with iPaaS and digital orchestration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Conscia, Boomi or Celigo.
- Experience working with low-code and no-code platforms.
- Experience designing and optimising prompts for AI-assisted development workflows.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies, including Service Bus and message queues.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience monitoring application health, performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working with content management systems such as Sitecore, Contentstack or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB or other database technologies.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
