Full Stack Software Engineer |.NET & React | Remote first (Once a month in London) | £55,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a growing software business that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of a Full Stack Software Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a product-focused organisation where technology is central to the business. You'll be working on modern applications, contributing to technical decisions, and helping to build scalable solutions used by customers across the UK and beyond.

The company offers a genuinely flexible working environment, with remote-first working and a requirement to attend the London office just once per month for team collaboration and planning sessions.

The Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll contribute to both backend and frontend development, helping to shape new features, improve existing functionality and support the continued evolution of the platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
